I’m Kelly, it’s nice to meet you, thank you for stopping by. I have several years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and focuses on fostering self-awareness, building resilience, mindfulness and promoting positive change.

I studied Psychology for my undergraduate degree at Central Washington University, and have a Master degree from The University of the SouthWest. My most recent experience includes serving as a Therapist at American Behavioral Health Systems, as well as operating my own counseling private practice.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life changes. My own personal journey has instilled in me a deep empathy for others, and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their path toward healing and growth.

I have experience working in K-12 Schools, Psychiatric Stabilization Hospitals, Treatment Facilities and have specialized training in crisis intervention. I believe in empowering clients to take an active role in their treatment, and am committed to creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, being close to water, playing basketball, and fostering kittens for the local Humane Society.
